Precinct Urban Planning assisted GMC Developers Pty Ltd with town planning advice and assistance for a 16 lot subdivision for community title residential lots including common property/private road and public open space.


The project involved the dividing of land to facilitate the development of future dwellings, providing the region with further housing options. The public open space within the development was dedicated to the Council of the City of Gold Coast to allow retention and rehabilitation of environmental values associated with the site. The common property/private road as part of the development will give access to the proposed lots and Tamborine Oxenford Road.
