PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by The Avenues Highfields Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a master planned residential community on the northern fringe of Highfields. The project involved an application for Preliminary Approval to Vary the Effect of the Toowoomba Regional Planning Scheme 2012 to facilitate the future development of the land in accordance with “The Avenues” Preliminary Approval Document. The proposal facilitated the future development of the land for residential purposes and ensured integration with existing infrastructure, movement and open space networks.
