Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by GW Unit Trust to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of two (2) commercial tenancies at the rear of an existing multi-tenanted commercial premises in the Toowoomba CBD. The project involved a two (2) storey extension to the existing SABA building, designed to include a hotel and office.
