Scott has over twenty (20) years’ experience in the planning and development industry, and has developed key areas of expertise in the preparation and management of a variety of development applications, statutory and strategic land use planning projects and proceedings in the Planning and Environment, Land and Supreme Courts.

Scott has completed a wide range of residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects in a number of metropolitan, regional and rural Local Government Areas throughout Queensland. Scott also has project experience in Western Australia and New South Wales. Scott has developed particular expertise in extractive and resource industry sectors as well as shopping centre developments. Scott manages Precinct Urban Planning's Ipswich office and has a keen interest in the western corridor. Scott is also a RiskSmart accredited consultant for Logan City Council.

Prior to joining Precinct Urban Planning, Scott was a senior planner for twelve (12) years at Humphreys Reynolds Perkins Planning Consultants and Cardno. Scott was based in the company's Gold Coast office and has extensive project experience in that region.

Scott has a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning from the University of Queensland.
