• Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) – Currently Studying

Bayley is currently studying a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) at the University of Southern Queensland, graduating in 2025. His studies have involved a number of courses including Sustainable Urban Design and Development as well as Community Consultation and Development. He has also studied introductory courses for Anthropology and Business and Company Law.

Bayley has been with Precinct since March 2023. Before joining the Precinct team, Bayley has worked as a Crew Trainer and Area Leader at a local fast food restaurant.

Bayley enjoys being a member of the Precinct team and continues to gain knowledge and experience in the planning industry alongside his study. He has worked with other planners in the office on a range of developments from Airbnbs to Dual Occupancies.

Bayley is pleased to be able to assist clients through their Development Application and planning journey in the local South East Queensland regions including Ipswich, Toowoomba, Gatton, Gold Coast, Southern Downs and Western Downs areas.
