Ashley graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Urban and Environmental Planning in 2020. During his studies, Ashley was awarded Griffith Academic Excellence Awards in both 2019 and 2020. His studies at Griffith covered a range of courses from development processes to environmental management.

Throughout his final year of university, Ashley worked as a research assistant and this work included researching and synthesizing literature on climate change and the associated limits with climate change adaptation. Ashley applied his strong research and communication skills to this work experience which directly translates to his work in town planning.

Ashley joined the Ipswich office of Precinct Urban Planning as a graduate planner in 2022. Ashley looks forward to assisting clients with Development Applications and their planning needs in the local South East Queensland regions including Ipswich, Toowoomba, Gatton, Gold Coast, Southern Downs and Western Downs areas.
